Having Trouble Signing-In?
If you HAVE successfully signed-in before (which means your first sign-in occurred from the Activation email)...
- then you have either used the wrong Username &/or Password. BEFORE doing anything else, check that you correctly typed your Username & Password into the form & try again in case there was a typo.
- also double-check your "Username" (note: this is NOT your "Display Name"). Your Username is in your activation email, if you still have it.
If you are convinced you have the right Username &/or Password, then you have no choice but to Reset your Password using the form on this page (which will also send you your username).
If you have NOT successfully signed-in before...
- go to the Sign-Up page
